We know you’ll want to receive your jewellery as soon as possible, without incurring excessive postage and packing charges. That’s why we’re pleased to offer you our free delivery and same day dispatch service. Please see below for details…

Free Delivery

Our standard delivery service (2nd Class Royal Mail Packet Post) is free of charge. Royal Mail aim to deliver 98.5% of orders using this service by the 3rd working day after dispatch (including Saturdays), but in exceptional circumstances delivery can take up to 10 working days. If you have not received your order please contact us after 10 working days have passed since your order has been dispatched to arrange a replacement or refund.

Free Returns

We want you to have complete confidence when shopping with Hot Diamonds, and so we are happy to allow you to return unwanted products free of charge within 28 days of delivery, for a refund or replacement. All returned products (when not faulty) must be unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. We're sorry, but unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Please follow this link http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/864 and follow their instructions to create a pre-paid returns label, please print this and stick to the front of your parcel.

2. Please ensure the returns paperwork is enclosed inside. 

3. When we receive your return, you will receive an email confirming we have received it back. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be processed.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for free post parcels reaching our returns centre successfully. If you would like to insure the return of your parcel, we recommend that you use an insured courier service of your choice. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of these returns.

Please note that if returning an order for a refund that qualified for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned before the refund is processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same item again (usually when the first item is faulty or the wrong ring size), simply complete the reverse of the delivery note accordingly, return the item to us, and we will process your exchange for you within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to exchange your unwanted item for a different item, please return your unwanted item for a refund by completing the reverse of the delivery note, and place another order for the new item that you require.


Next Day Delivery

Should you require your order urgently, you have the option of upgrading to a 24 hour delivery service. There is a charge of £4.95 for this service, and parcels will be delivered the working day after dispatch, usually by DPD.  A signature will be required. This service can be selected when you reach the checkout stage of the order process. This service does not guarantee delivery on a Saturday. Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday are delivered on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Adding a mobile telephone number when choosing your delivery address will enable our couriers to send you an SMS message informing you of the 1hr delivery slot that your order will be delivered. At this stage you can also re-arrange your delivery directly with the courier. At certain times of year during adverse weather conditions, our couriers will also update you on the progress of your delivery including any delays.

Saturday Delivery

Available on Tuesday to Friday, you can now choose to have your order delivered on Saturday for just £9.50. All orders placed before 2pm on Friday, which are in stock, will be delivered on Saturday. Please note that some delivery restrictions apply - these can be found further down this page.

Regrettably there are some postcodes that our courier service cannot reach in order to fulfil a 24 hour service. The following postcodes will be delivered on a two day courier service, usually by DPD. 

Highlands – FK17-22, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH15-16, PH18-26, PH30-42

Islands – HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Scotland - AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56, IV30-32

All BT, JE, GY, IM, TR (Scilly Isles) postcodes

Republic of Ireland

We now offer free delivery to the Republic of Ireland. Our free standard service usually arrives 3-5 working days from dispatch (excluding Sundays). Items marked 'Same Day Dispatch' ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Please note - for 'Dispatched in 3 working days' orders, dispatch is usually 2 to 4 working days from date of order.

Need your order in a hurry? Our Priority service, priced at £4.95, is delivered within 2 working days from dispatch via courier (excluding Saturdays & Sundays). Items marked 'Same Day Dispatch' ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) day. Please note - for ''Dispatched in 3 working days' orders, dispatch is usually 2 to 4 working days from date of order. A signature is required. 

Same Day Dispatch

All items with a 'same day dispatch' message on our website will be dispatched on the same day that you order (Monday - Friday), provided that you place your order before 2PM. If you place your order after 2PM, we will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day, but your order may be dispatched on the following working day. All items with an 'Dispatched within 3 working days' message on our website, will be dispatched as soon as possible, but please allow up to 3 working days for these orders to be dispatched plus time allowed for the delivery service chosen.

Multi-item orders

Multi-item orders are always dispatched in their entirety, and so please consider the longest fulfilment time for an item on your order, to be the fulfilment time for your whole order.

Conditions of Refund

All products returned (when not faulty) must be unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, in normal circumstances, we are unable to accept returns later than 28 days after the dispatch date of those items.

Refunds will always be processed onto the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods.

Carriage (where charged) is non-refundable, except where products are returned as faulty. 

If you have received a product free of charge in conjunction with an offer from hotdiamonds.co.uk you may return it for exchange if the product is faulty. No refunds will be applied to free of charge products. Only the same product will be exchanged unless you require an alternative size. If you decide to return the item you have paid for a refund, you must also return the free of charge product. Faulty returns more than 28 days after dispatch

Should you wish to return a product as faulty more than 28 days after the dispatch date of the product, we will investigate the fault, and will offer a replacement product, where the fault is considered genuine by our customer services department.
